What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the pastry section
  • Delivering exceptional desserts that meet Hell’s Kitchen brand standards and recipes
  • Leading, motivating and developing the pastry team during service and prep
  • Ensuring quality, presentation and timing are uncompromising at every service
  • Supporting other sections as needed
  • Managing food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance at all times
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
  • Being a visible, hands-on leader during service — calm under pressure and sharp on detail
