What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring the front-of-house team during service, ensuring flawless delivery and attention to detail.
- Supporting the Floor Manager in coordinating guest seating, service flow, and table management.
- Providing a personal touch to VIP and regular guests, anticipating their needs and enhancing the experience.
- Monitoring and maintaining the presentation of the dining room and service areas.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the team, providing coaching, feedback, and support to develop their potential.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Assisting with onboarding and training new team members to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
- Maintaining knowledge of the menu, beverages, and show-inspired offerings to answer guest questions and recommend pairings.
