As Floor Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the dining room - leading the team, coordinating service, and ensuring guests leave with memories of an exceptional experience. You’ll support the Assistant General Manager in delivering operational excellence while maintaining the high standards and energy expected of a world-class, theatrical restaurant. This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-pressure, high-profile environment and takes pride in inspiring teams and exceeding guest expectations.
- Leading the front-of-house team to deliver flawless service, from pre-service prep to final guest farewell
- Supporting the Assistant General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Maintaining seamless communication between front and back of house to ensure every service runs smoothly
- Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve excellence in service and engagement
- Proactively managing guest experiences and resolving issues with professionalism and confidence
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a strong, high-performing team
- Driving operational standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance, productivity, and service metrics
