As F&B Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the guest journey, coordinating reservations and enquiries and ensuring every booking is handled with accuracy, transparency and care. Working closely with the restaurant management, reception and sales teams, you’ll help maximise covers, support revenue targets and ensure guests receive a seamless, premium experience from first contact to arrival. What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and coordinating restaurant bookings across all booking systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for guest enquiries, group bookings and special requests
- Ensuring booking information is accurate, up to date and clearly communicated to the restaurant team
- Supporting the management team to maximise covers and optimise table planning
- Working closely with front of house, sales and operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records, confirmations and reports
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the guest journey through thoughtful coordination and communication
- Upholding brand standards and delivering a warm, professional and relatable service at every touchpoint
