What you’ll be doing
- Delivering drinks promptly and accurately from the bar to guests
- Supporting the bar and floor teams during busy service periods
- Ensuring correct presentation, glassware and garnish standards at all times
- Communicating clearly with bartenders, servers and managers to maintain smooth service flow
- Monitoring stock levels behind the scenes and assisting with replenishment where required
- Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for peak periods
- Representing the Hell’s Kitchen brand with professionalism, energy and attention to detail
