What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering drinks promptly and accurately from the bar to guests
  • Supporting the bar and floor teams during busy service periods
  • Ensuring correct presentation, glassware and garnish standards at all times
  • Communicating clearly with bartenders, servers and managers to maintain smooth service flow
  • Monitoring stock levels behind the scenes and assisting with replenishment where required
  • Keeping service areas clean, organised and ready for peak periods
  • Representing the Hell’s Kitchen brand with professionalism, energy and attention to detail
