Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. What you’ll be doing

  • As a Commis Chef, you’ll work alongside experienced chefs, learning your craft in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
  • You’ll be supported, trained and challenged - gaining exposure to premium ingredients, structured development, and service at the very highest level.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with preparation and service.
  • Learning and executing dishes in line with brand standards.
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety practices.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
  • Taking part in training, development and on-the-job learning.
  • Bringing energy, curiosity and pride to every shift.
