Designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action, the restaurant blends theatrical flair with culinary excellence and exceptional service, while pairing outstanding food and drink with world class service. Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world-class chefs.
We’re now looking for a Chef de Partie - Pastry to bring precision, creativity and passion to our pastry section. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven pastry chef who loves working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment and takes real pride in consistency and detail.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the pastry section during prep and service, delivering exceptional desserts every time
- Producing dishes that meet Hell’s Kitchen brand standards, recipes and presentation expectations
- Working closely with the Pastry Sous Chef to ensure smooth service and teamwork
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
- Supporting stock control, ordering and waste reduction
- Training and supporting Commis Chefs, helping them grow and develop
- Staying calm, focused and organised during high-energy services
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
- A genuine passion for pastry and an eye for detail and presentation
- Experience in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and kitchen compliance
- A positive, adaptable attitude and a real team-first mindset
