What you'll be doing:

  • As Floor Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the dining room - leading the team, coordinating service, and ensuring guests leave with memories of an exceptional experience.
  • You'll support the Assistant General Manager in delivering operational excellence while maintaining the high standards and energy expected of a world-class, theatrical restaurant.
  • This is a role for someone who thrives in a high-pressure, high-profile environment and takes pride in inspiring teams and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Leading the front-of-house team to deliver flawless service, from pre-service prep to final guest farewell.
  • Supporting the Assistant General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
  • Maintaining seamless communication between front and back of house to ensure every service runs smoothly.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve excellence in service and engagement.
  • Proactively managing guest experiences and resolving issues with professionalism and confidence.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a strong, high-performing team.
  • Driving operational standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance, productivity, and service metrics.
