  • Supporting the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, polished service throughout each service
  • Assisting with table set-up, mise en place and maintaining immaculate dining areas
  • Supporting Waiters and Head Waiters with food and drink service in line with brand standards

  • Clearing, resetting and maintaining tables to five-star presentation standards
