Designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action, the restaurant blends theatrical flair with culinary excellence and exceptional service, while pairing outstanding food and drink with world class service.

As Chef de Partie, you’ll be a key player in the brigade, responsible for executing your section with consistency, confidence and pride. You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, contributing to a disciplined, high-performing kitchen where standards are uncompromising and teamwork is everything. This is a role for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment and includes:

  • Running a section during service, ensuring precision, consistency and quality
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to brand and recipe standards
  • Supporting junior chefs and contributing to their development
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
  • Managing prep, stock levels and minimising waste within your section
  • Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service
  • Supporting menu execution, seasonal changes and service excellence
