Requirements:
· · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
· · Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on end-user support.
· · Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
· · Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
· · Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT systems.
· · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
· · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· · Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
