Mandatory Skills :

Working experience with driving design decisions using Threat Modeling (STRIDE/MITRE ATT&CK)
Practical experience in hardening GCP Services
Practical experience with a CNAPP/CSPM tool
Experience with formal documentation of cloud controls (Threat Model Reports, Policy Summary Pages)
