What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Supporting clinical governance, standards, and continuous improvement within the practice
- Coaching and supporting less experienced vets and nurses in their development
- Working collaboratively with the wider Hello Vet network and leadership team
- Balancing clinical responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight
- Championing our approach to contextualised, relationship‑led care
- Driving team engagement, wellbeing, and retention

What You’ll Receive:

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Are an RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5‑10 years’ experience in general practice
- Have experience mentoring or leading others (or are ready to step into a leadership role)
- Communicate with empathy and lead with integrity
- Are passionate about developing people and building strong teams
- Want to be part of a culture that is challenging the norm and improving veterinary care
- Have experience and/or a ‘can do’ mindset to opening a brand new clinic
