Our Digital Client Care Assistants (Digi CCAs) are fundamental to the delivery of our digital triage service. They support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet and assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests. They work closely with our clinical team and Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses to ensure an exceptional client experience and a high standard of patient care.
You’ll be part of building a cutting‑edge service that supports and enhances in‑clinic veterinary care. - Work collaboratively with our Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses and in‑clinic teams to support clients and patients at home, digitally.

What you’ll receive:
- £13 / hour (4‑5hr shifts) Mon‑Sun.
- Wellbeing support including paid lunch breaks, free lunch and snacks, Employee Assistance Programme (EPA) and mental health first aiders.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Someone with a proven track record of offering exceptional client service within a veterinary environment.
