Deputy Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse - London Fields

We have an exciting opportunity for an RVN who wants to take their next step into leadership within our team as Deputy Lead RVN. You'll be based at London Fields and work across our wider Hackney Pod.

London Fields is a bespoke, spacious and beautifully designed practice, where design and cutting-edge technology come together to make care more efficient, effective and easy to access for clients and patients.

You'll use your full clinical skillset every day, including Schedule 3 procedures and nurse-led consultations, and we keep a high RVN-to-Vet ratio so nursing care is never an afterthought. Alongside this, you'll work closely with our Lead RVN on some line management and leadership responsibilities, such as onboarding and supporting new team members, rota planning, and keeping clinical standards high across the team.

This role is built for someone who wants to grow into leadership. You don't need previous management experience. We'll support you with training, mentoring and CPD to build your leadership skills, with a clear path to progress.

You'll also be part of our industry-leading RVN-led WhatsApp advice and triage service, which clients have warmly embraced.
