About the Role

Our Client Care Associates (CCAs) bring our mission to life through exceptional client and patient support, and front‑of‑house care. They welcome every pet and owner who enters our clinics, book appointments, handle queries, clinical histories and administrative tasks. CCAs collaborate with the veterinary team to keep clients updated and informed digitally. Our CCAs are the friendly face of Hello Vet.

Applicants should be experienced in carefully handling and restraining animals for clinical examinations. Hello Vet is built upon a simple principle; we believe that if we create the best place for our team to work, we’ll also create the best place for pets to receive care. We know the best care is delivered by happy, well‑supported teams who are able to build personal, collaborative relationships with their clients. That’s why we allow clients to message our team any time, and even support their pets during procedures. We aim to restore the personal bonds that should underpin a client’s relationship with their vet practice.

Our clinics are purpose‑built to facilitate best‑in‑class care, catering for the needs of the veterinary team just as much as pets and owners. With a deep commitment to our people and technology‑forward approach, we’re building the next generation of general practice veterinary care.

What you can expect at Hello Vet:

  • A modern, bespoke clinic environment
  • A large, collaborative team
  • No phones to answer on reception
  • A digital care team who are there for patients as an added layer of support
  • A growth oriented organisation constantly evolving to build a better workplace for all
  • Thoughtful onboarding and training
  • A bespoke technology platform built to reduce the time you spend on admin
  • A vibrant, supportive culture made up of people who are all here to change veterinary medicine for the better

What you’ll receive:

  • £13 per hour
  • Equity within the business
  • Wellbeing support including free snacks, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and mental health first aiders
  • Free veterinary care for your pets and cost‑price medications and lab fees
  • Private medical insurance coverage to support you looking after your health, not only your pets

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are an excellent communicator
  • Are confident, gentle and experienced with animal handling
  • Are calm and solution‑oriented
  • Have a desire to be part of a culture that’s doing things differently, to change veterinary care for the better

We are so proud of our amazing team and the outstanding care we have already delivered. For us, treating pets and people better is not just about taking care of the animals and clients; it’s also about taking care of each other and maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. We believe in fostering a diverse, supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow and flourish, and this is achieved by looking out for one another and celebrating each other’s successes.
