Prima could be the place for you. Since 2015, we’ve been using our love of data and tech to rethink motor insurance and bring drivers a great experience at a great price. Our story began in Italy, where we’ve quickly become the number one online motor insurance provider. In fact, we’re trusted by over 5 million drivers. And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.
This role plays a key part in protecting Prima’s business and customers by ensuring policies are compliant with our underwriting rules, footprint, and operational standards. You’ll review complex cases, identify process improvements, and help strengthen how we manage risk across our operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating detail, applying policy logic to real world scenarios, and collaborating across teams.
What you’ll do:
- Review customer cases referred from Claims or Customer Care to ensure alignment with underwriting criteria and footprint.
- Conduct regular spot checks and audits on validations to maintain quality and consistency.
- Identify trends from claim referrals, customer interactions, and potential fraud reports.
- Highlight training or knowledge gaps in frontline teams and provide feedback to support improvement.
- Support review and changes of our policy wording to ensure operational readiness for new products or footprint updates.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Prima’s risk protection by leveraging data and operational insights for key projects.
- Contribute to the design and development of processes that can be scaled across the Validations, Customer Care and Underwriting Operations team.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex information to make decisions.
- Analytical mindset with confidence reviewing data, case evidence, and policy documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to clearly summarise findings and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborative approach, comfortable working across multiple teams.
Why you’ll love it here:
- Enjoy hybrid working, with a mix of home and office days.
- Get access to learning resources, mentorship and a growth plan tailored to you.
- Enjoy private healthcare, gym discounts, wellbeing programs and mental health support.
At Prima, we celebrate uniqueness. If you don’t meet every requirement but are passionate about this role, we still want to hear from you. Innovation thrives on diverse perspectives.
