Great Project Managers don't just deliver projects - they shape outcomes. At this rapidly growing data intelligence firm, you’ll tackle interesting, technology-led projects that deliver measurable client value, while building a career in a company that promotes from within and rewards long-term contribution. If you want work that stays engaging and a career that keeps moving forward, this is it.

About the Job

You’ll join a team that scaled from 10 to 150+ professionals in a decade, partnering directly with clients to turn data into action. You’ll deliver projects to agreed time, cost and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and communicating with stakeholders. You’ll manage risks and issues, documentation and act as the central coordination point between clients, third-party suppliers, and technical teams to ensure on‑time, aligned delivery. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll work on cutting‑edge data projects, leveraging new technologies to deliver 5x client returns within months. Career progression is proven here: the company consistently promotes high performers, giving those who stay greater responsibility, strategic influence, and long‑term growth.

About You

You’re a natural problem‑solver who thrives in a high‑standard, demanding environment where quality is non‑negotiable. Adaptability is essential: you’ll comfortably shift between the agility of a mid‑sized consultancy and the structured environments of large corporate clients. In particular, you’ll need:

  • Proven Project Manager experience (ideally financial services, telecoms, or utilities)
  • Project Management accreditation (Agile PM, Prince II)
  • Proficiency with documentation tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to technical teams, clients, and executives
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset: share priorities openly, flag risks early, and leverage Programme Manager support when needed

In return, you’ll get:

  • Accelerated career progression in a company that rewards ambition and long‑term contribution
  • A culture of “purpose before profit” where success is genuinely shared
  • A sociable, work‑hard‑play‑hard environment built on trust and genuine friendships
  • Hybrid working (UK‑based, min. 2 days/week in London) with workflow autonomy
  • Continuous learning, internal coaching, and a commitment to upskilling clients
  • Open, jargon‑free communication backed by a World Class +82 Net Promoter Score
  • Regular social events and a highly supportive, collaborative network

Above all, your work will sit at the heart of how businesses understand, engage, and grow with their customers - turning complex data into clear commercial advantage. If you want to solve real problems alongside exceptional teams and grow in an environment that genuinely invests in you.
