You’ll join a team that scaled from 10 to 150+ professionals in a decade, partnering directly with clients to turn data into action. You’ll map ‘As-Is’ processes via SME interviews and workshops, then design, document, and secure sign-off for optimised ‘To-Be’ operations. You’ll develop comprehensive business requirements (functional, non-functional, and reporting) and act as the central coordination point between clients, third-party suppliers, and technical teams to ensure on-time, aligned delivery.
You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a high-standard, demanding environment where quality is non-negotiable. Adaptability is essential: you’ll comfortably shift between the agility of a mid-sized consultancy and the structured environments of large corporate clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ hands-on BA experience (ideally financial services, telecoms, or utilities)
- Strong grasp of BA frameworks, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and requirement methodologies
- Proficiency with documentation tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to technical teams, clients, and executives
- A collaborative, proactive mindset: share priorities openly, flag risks early, and leverage Senior BA support when needed
