What you'll be doing
- Conducting user research to understand people’s needs, behaviours and challenges
- Turning insights into clear opportunities and design directions
- Co-creating ideas and visualising service concepts, journeys, and blueprints
- Supporting workshops, prototyping, and testing new ideas
- Crafting compelling presentations that tell the story behind your work
- Learning and applying service design methods and tools with mentorship from experienced designers

We are looking for someone who:
- Is studying or has studied Service Design, Strategic Design, or Innovation Design (or something similar)
- Has a positive, proactive mindset and loves learning new things
- Is both creative and analytical and can work well solo or in a team
- Feels excited by a fast-paced environment, working across multiple industries and projects
- Is eligible to work full-time in the UK (unfortunately, we can't offer sponsorship)
