We’re expanding our coaching community and currently welcoming experienced leadership and career coaches to join our Coach Community. If you\’re passionate about empowering others, growing your impact, and working flexibly, this is your opportunity to be part of something meaningful.
Across our two platforms we predominantly provide career transition coaching on Jobaccelerator focused on building the candidates application toolkit and supporting them with their transition journey. On Hellomonday our focus is Leadership coaching supporting new and emerging leaders through to executives to lead high-performing and inclusive teams.
Our platform is built with the coach experience at its heart, you’re backed by powerful tools, a library of resources, a supportive coaching community, and technology takes care of the admin.

As a Hellomonday Coach, You Will
- Deliver personalised, goal-driven 1:1 coaching to new, emerging, and experienced leaders (Leadership Coach)
- Facilitate Outplacement and Career Transition Support Coaching to individuals impacted by restructures and redundancies (Career Coach)
- Be a trusted advisor, sounding board, and catalyst for behaviour change and growth
- Support individuals through career transitions, leadership challenges, and development journeys
- Use our platforms and tools to drive accountability, engagement, and measurable outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and session notes via our coaching portals
We’re Looking For Coaches Who Are
- Certified by a recognised coaching body (e.g. ICF)
- Coaching Certification from a major coaching association or a CDAA-recognized Diploma in Career Development or Counselling
- Experienced, with 300+ hours of coaching and a minimum of 3 years working with leaders at different levels
- Skilled Communicators who bring empathy, curiosity, and challenge to every session
- Tech-Confident, ready to work seamlessly across our digital coaching platforms
- Growth-Oriented, continuously learning, sharing, and evolving their practice
- Culturally Aware, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in leadership
