Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support the leadership and operational delivery of its Practices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Operations Partner and Operations Team to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across Practice operations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

What you will do:

  • Align business operations with organisational goals to ensure seamless delivery of services, tools, and processes.
  • Contribute to governance frameworks and communication strategies to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Identify and support opportunities to enhance services, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
  • Assist with financial forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decisions.
  • Act as a liaison and escalation point to support issue resolution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Establish and maintain clear objectives and governance structures.
  • Develop and support strategic communications and reporting.
  • Manage RAID activities and support risk mitigation.
  • Support resourcing and recruitment activities.
  • Assist with financial and capacity planning.
  • Support Practice operations and HR process coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and anticipate operational needs.
  • Deputise and take initiative when required.

Requirements and experience:

  • Bring experience in business operations, resource management, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bring a collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Possess the confidence to deputise and take initiative when needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bring experience supporting governance, reporting, planning, and operational processes.
  • Possess the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
