Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to focus on employer branding and early careers recruitment. The selected candidate will play a key role in attracting top graduate talent for the consulting and technology graduate programmes in the UK. You will be responsible for designing and delivering strategic attraction activities that enhance the employer brand and drive engagement with students and graduates.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute engagement and attraction strategies to build awareness of our graduate opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with universities and student organizations across key regions.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver on-campus and virtual recruitment events, ensuring a strong employer brand presence.
- Support broader talent branding campaigns, including social media and digital initiatives.
- Manage high-volume candidate pipelines efficiently during peak hiring seasons.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews in alignment with hiring needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the graduate recruitment experience.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of attraction strategies and optimize processes.

- Proven experience in graduate recruitment, employer branding, or early careers talent acquisition.
