  • Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a

Boomi Platform Engineer to design, develop, support, and maintain integration solutions using the Boomi Integration Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Boomi Atom Sphere, connector configuration, integration design, troubleshooting, and supporting both existing and new integrations.

The role requires experience working with multiple business-critical integrations, supporting connector-based integration flows, monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, and leveraging Boomi’s low-code development interface to deliver scalable and maintainable integration solutions.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using the Boomi Atom Sphere platform.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations while delivering new solutions to support evolving business requirements.
  • Configure and support Boomi connectors across enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
  • Support business-critical integrations across areas including time management, Salesforce, user access synchronisation, digital documentation, and operational integration flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, connector configuration issues, data flow problems, mappings, access, and connectivity issues.
  • Analyse Boomi logs, audit reports, error reports, and email alerts to identify and resolve integration issues.
  • Support Boomi deployments across development, test, QA, and production environments.
  • Administer and maintain DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
  • Contribute to integration documentation, knowledge transfer, support procedures, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Communicate integration issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, deploying, and supporting integrations using the Boomi platform.
  • Demonstrate strong experience supporting existing integrations, troubleshooting failures, and resolving production issues.
  • Demonstrate experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Boomi connectors across multiple systems and applications.
  • Demonstrate practical experience using Boomi’s low-code interface to build and support integration processes.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, orchestration, scheduling, and error handling.
  • Demonstrate experience with integration monitoring, log analysis, alerts, audit reports, and error reports.
  • Bring experience or familiarity with integrations hosted on Azure VMs or similar cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate experience supporting integrations within an ITIL-aligned operational environment.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain integration issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
