  • Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for an

EPM - ARCS Lead (Accounts Reconciliation Cloud Service) to lead the discovery, design, and implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, facilitate discovery workshops, produce solution design documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional consultants to deliver high-quality Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

What you will do

  • Lead Oracle ARCS solution design and implementation activities.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Present workshop findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
  • Produce solution design documents and supporting project artefacts.
  • Collaborate with consultants across related and complementary workstreams.
  • Provide functional expertise throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Support solution validation and design reviews.
  • Ensure solution designs align with business objectives and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
  • Strong functional consulting experience within Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) environments.
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Experience leading discovery workshops and business requirement gathering sessions.
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to senior business stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience producing functional design documentation and project artefacts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience delivering Oracle cloud transformation or finance transformation projects is advantageous.
  • Eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
