Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Junior Early Careers Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support an in-house recruitment team delivering approximately 350 hires. Working closely with a Recruitment Manager, the role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, including attraction activity, application screening, assessment coordination, and candidate engagement. The position requires strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills to manage high volumes within tight timeframes while delivering a positive candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Support delivery of approximately 350 early careers hires within agreed timelines.
- Assist with planning and delivering attraction events including careers fairs and recruitment events across the UK.
- Screen applications and conduct digital interviews.
- Coordinate and run virtual and in-person assessment centres.
- Manage candidate queries throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Deliver candidate offer calls and feedback discussions.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager and wider recruitment team.
- Prioritise workload effectively to manage high application volumes and tight assessment timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and documentation.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages.
Qualifications and requirements:
- BPSS clearance required.
- UK passport holder required.
- Some experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong interest in early careers recruitment.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity desirable.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
