What you will do:
- Lead technical architecture and design workshops with stakeholders to finalise and validate requirements based on discovery-phase documentation.
- Define and finalise the target architecture, system landscape, and integration approach.
- Develop and deliver the High-Level Design (HLD) document covering application architecture, infrastructure, security, networking, integrations, and data flows.
- Assess current-state architecture and identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and migration considerations.
- Define non-functional requirements covering availability, scalability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
- Ensure non-functional requirements are incorporated into the technical design.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and integration teams to align architecture decisions and design standards.
- Review and validate solution designs against technical architecture guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture recommendations to support project planning and implementation activities.
- Develop effort estimations to support project planning and delivery.
- Present the HLD to stakeholders and address review comments.
- Obtain architecture sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
- Support the transition from design to build and implementation teams.
- Ensure architecture requirements are clearly communicated to build and implementation teams.
- Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, including logical and physical views.
- Define integration and data flow architecture.
- Document non-functional requirements assessments.
- Maintain architecture review and sign-off documentation.

- Bring proven experience working as a Technical Architect within complex technology environments.
- Possess strong experience leading technical architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience defining target architectures, system landscapes, and integration approaches.
- Bring strong experience producing High-Level Design (HLD) documentation.
- Possess broad technical knowledge across application architecture, infrastructure, security, networking, integrations, and data flows.
- Demonstrate experience assessing current-state architecture and identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and migration considerations.
- Bring strong understanding of non-functional requirements, including availability, scalability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.
- Possess experience collaborating with infrastructure, application, security, and integration teams.

- Hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
