Hello Kindred is seeking a Payroll Lead Functional Consultant / Architect to drive the Discovery phase of a payroll migration programme.
You will assess business requirements, migration tooling, scope, planning, costs and risks, and define resource needs to support the Foundation phase.
The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, and includes updating ROM, supporting SOW creation, and maintaining the workstream plan while identifying and mitigating risks.
