Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Payroll Consultant to support payroll analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, and business support activities throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will help ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while bringing strong hands-on expertise in SAP GB Payroll, payroll schemas, rules, wage types, statutory processing, and payroll integration with Time Management and Finance.

What you will do:

  • Analyze existing SAP ECC GB Payroll configuration and payroll processes.
  • Participate in fit-gap workshops and support future-state payroll design.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvements and simplification opportunities.
  • Prepare functional specifications for payroll enhancements and reports.
  • Support solution design reviews and impact assessments.
  • Support payroll configuration, testing, and data migration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Apply SAP GB Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processing requirements.
  • Support payroll integration with Time Management and Finance.
  • Provide functional and business support throughout project delivery.
  • Bring strong hands-on expertise in SAP GB Payroll.
  • Possess experience working with SAP ECC GB Payroll configuration and payroll processes.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processing.
  • Bring experience with payroll integration with Time Management and Finance.
  • Possess experience in payroll analysis, configuration, testing, and data migration.
  • Bring experience participating in fit-gap workshops and supporting future-state payroll design.
  • Possess experience preparing functional specifications for payroll enhancements and reports.
  • Bring experience supporting solution design reviews and impact assessments.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of accurate and compliant payroll processing.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.
