Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Glint Specialist to configure, manage, and optimise the employee engagement listening experience within the Glint platform. This role holds end-to-end ownership of survey templates, scheduling, run-rules, action-planning workflows, and manager dashboard enablement. The position ensures all listening programmes follow consistent governance, deliver actionable insights, and align with broader business and HR objectives while supporting a data-driven engagement strategy.

What you will do:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Glint survey templates aligned with organisational listening strategies including engagement, pulse, onboarding, and exit surveys.
  • Customise survey questions, scales, display logic, translations, and branding elements to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Validate survey design with business stakeholders, HRBP teams, and People Analytics partners.
  • Manage end-to-end scheduling, launch coordination, and automation of survey cycles.
  • Configure run-rules including eligibility criteria, sampling logic, hierarchy mappings, reminders, and cut-off rules.
  • Monitor survey progress and troubleshoot operational issues to maintain high participation rates.
  • Configure and maintain manager dashboards to deliver meaningful insights across all leadership levels.
  • Set up thresholds, heatmaps, team views, filters, action-planning modules, and reporting permissions.
  • Define dashboard structures aligned to organisational hierarchies.
  • Ensure all configurations adhere to governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain auditable configuration processes including versioning, approvals, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec and data governance teams to ensure appropriate access controls and data policies.
  • Validate survey metadata, hierarchies, and population files prior to launch.
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies including hierarchy mismatches and segmentation issues.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare data for analytics and platform ingestion.
  • Act as primary liaison between HR, People Analytics teams, stakeholders, and platform teams.
  • Provide guidance to HRBPs, managers, and business leaders on interpreting and using insights.
  • Support change management activities including communications, training, and user enablement.
  • Analyse survey outcomes and recommend improvements to listening strategies and configurations.
  • Stay current with platform updates and recommend enhancements to optimise programmes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience configuring Glint survey programmes, dashboards, and run-rules.
  • Strong understanding of organisational hierarchies, people data structures, and segmentation logic.
  • Knowledge of survey methodology, engagement drivers, and action-planning frameworks.
  • Experience validating survey data, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Ability to interpret dashboard metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Power BI or HR data platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across HR, analytics, and business teams.
  • Experience working within governance, compliance, and data protection frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a structured and process-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
