Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for an ECP Support 1 HR Consultant to support the build, integration, testing, and deployment of SAP ECP solutions within a complex enterprise SAP environment. This role will focus on supporting payroll and HR system activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality SAP Payroll solutions aligned with business and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP Payroll and HCM experience, with the ability to work across multiple project lifecycles and live support environments. This individual will play a key role in system build, testing, issue resolution, payroll processing, and stakeholder engagement while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Support SAP ECP system build and integration activities with Employee Central.
  • Contribute to testing, test scripting, UAT remediation, and parallel payroll processing activities.
  • Support cutover and Early Life Support activities across payroll implementations.
  • Configure SAP ECP solutions according to industry best practices.
  • Collaborate within multi-supplier environments to deliver projects on time.
  • Liaise closely with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation including Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, and WRICEF documentation.
  • Estimate delivery timelines and support project planning activities.
  • Provide support across payroll, personnel administration, and country legal change activities.
  • Write and maintain Payroll PCRs and SCHEMAs.
  • Support interfaces with third-party vendors and integrated systems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all business levels.
  • Deliver presentations and updates to senior stakeholders when required.
  • Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across payroll and HR support activities.

Qualifications:

  • Active BPSS Clearance required.
  • Strong experience as an SAP Payroll Consultant required.
  • Experience working across multiple SAP project lifecycles and live support environments required.
  • Strong functional HCM knowledge including Payroll, Personnel Administration, and Country Legal Changes required.
  • Experience with SAP ECP and Employee Central integration required.
  • Expertise in writing Payroll PCRs and SCHEMAs required.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll and year-end payroll processing required.
  • UK and/or KSA Payroll experience required.
  • Experience working within multi-supplier delivery environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration concepts preferred.
  • Experience integrating with third-party vendor systems preferred.
  • Public sector experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within dynamic and fast-paced delivery teams required.
