Magazine is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing marketing and engagement team.
This is a broad digital marketing role spanning campaign delivery, newsletters, audience engagement and membership growth across the HELLO! digital ecosystem.
You'll work closely with the Digital Product Marketing Manager to deliver marketing activity across newsletters, free and paid memberships, editorial campaigns, events and key brand moments, supporting day-to-day initiatives to grow engagement, conversion and retention across HELLO!'s digital products.
Please note that this role will be in our London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Support the planning and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across newsletters, memberships, editorial initiatives, events and key brand moments.
Help manage day-to-day campaign delivery, coordinating activity across HELLO!'s digital channels and working with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
Help grow and engage HELLO!'s free and paid membership base, supporting activity across the full member lifecycle.
Assist in developing and optimising lifecycle journeys across HELLO!'s newsletters and membership products.
Deliver email marketing activity across acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
Support audience segmentation and targeted marketing activity based on audience behaviour and lifecycle stage.
Deliver engagement activity across HELLO!'s digital platforms and community channels.
Identify opportunities to grow, engage and retain HELLO!'s digital audiences and membership community.
Work collaboratively with the wider Product, Editorial, Audience and Commercial teams to align marketing activity with product and content developments.
Monitor and report on campaign, newsletter, membership and lifecycle performance, using data and insights to identify opportunities and inform future activity.
A minimum of at least two years' experience in a digital marketing, campaign or audience engagement role.
Experience working across digital marketing channels, including email, web and push notifications.
Experience supporting the delivery of digital marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
Comfortable working with analytics and marketing technology platforms.
A good understanding of digital customer journeys, audience engagement and conversion.
Strong written communication skills with an eye for engaging, audience-appropriate content.
A collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
A background in publishing, media or a digital content organisation.
Experience with email marketing, newsletters or CRM.
Experience or exposure to membership, subscription or lifecycle marketing.
An understanding of audience engagement and retention strategies.
