This role is responsible for assisting in the creation of meal kits for customers, ensuring smooth and efficient production while meeting Health & Safety and Food Safety standards. It reports to the inventory team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the creation of meal kits and ensure smooth flow of inventory and necessary supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish ingredients and packaging, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met, cooperate with HelloFresh on safety matters, report incidents immediately, and raise concerns to Line Manager.
- Perform basic problem‑solving and escalate to Stock Movement Supervisor when required.
- Replenish ingredients and packaging using scanners, FCMS, and other equipment to support production.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to communicate stock levels and coordinate order placement with Inventory team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination.
- Handle a full range of HelloFresh products, including alcohol, pork, beef, and other animal products.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Familiarity with Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using MRP systems, scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Shift Pattern
- Option 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday – 19:00 pm – 07:00 am.
- Option 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 19:00 pm – 07:00 am.

Work Schedule
42 hours per week on a shift cycle.
