Stock Movement Controller
Derby, UK
Rate of Pay: £13.31/hour
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the creation of meal kits for customers and ensure the smooth and efficient flow of inventory and supplies necessary for meal kit production. Monitor stock levels, replenish ingredients and action FCMS and packaging replenishment tasks, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met and maintained. Cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. Protect your own health, safety and welfare, and report incidents immediately while raising health and safety concerns to your Line Manager.
- Undertake basic problem solving and escalate to the Stock Movement Supervisor when necessary.
- Replenish ingredients and packaging materials to pallets or trolleys using scanners (FCMS and other items as needed to support production).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate stock levels and coordinate order placement with the Inventory team.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- You may be required to handle a full range of HelloFresh products, including alcohol, pork, beef and other animal products.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Familiarity with Inventory / Warehouse Management Systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using MRP, scanners and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (relevant certification is a plus).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Work Schedule
Option 1: Stock Movement Controller Days 42hrs: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 07:00am – 19:00pm
Option 2: Stock Movement Controller Nights 42hrs: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 07:00am – 19:00pm
