What You Will Be Doing

  • Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for all visitors, staff, tenants, and couriers, representing HelloFresh with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Customer-Centric Service: Respond to queries and facilities tickets for HelloFresh and two sub-tenants, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Facilities Support: Maintain office supplies, stock food & beverage, stationery, and toiletries, keeping the space running smoothly.
  • Security: Monitor building access, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and the security of the workspace.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and make small, impactful improvements to the workplace environment, contributing to a positive employee experience. Additionally, you will focus on the H&S of the site, identifying any improvements to be made and maintaining existing policies and procedures.
  • Vendor Management: Work with external service providers and facilities contractors to ensure smooth operations (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).
  • Collaborative Environment: Partner with the Workplace & Culture team to enhance workplace initiatives, foster relationships, and continually improve employee experiences.

Who You Are

  • Experience: You have proven experience in front‑of‑house or reception roles, ideally leading reception individually over the last couple of years.
  • Customer Service: You’re a true people person who thrives on connecting with others and loves to make a positive impact.
  • Organisational Skills: You enjoy maintaining routine, keeping everything organised, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive & Detail‑Oriented: You’re a self‑starter who can spot areas for improvement and take action with minimal supervision.
  • Tech‑Savvy: You are comfortable using tools like Jira, GSuite, Canva, and are eager to learn new software.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from employees to external partners.

Location: The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London

This role is office‑based (Monday – Friday, 8am‑5pm). You will be based at the desk at the front of house but you will have lunch time cover and some time away throughout your week to work in the office on workplace coordination and project support.
