You play a key role in addressing automation-related rejects, guiding the team to handle issues accurately and efficiently. \\n\\nAdditionally, you will monitor and support the performance and development of your team, fostering a proactive approach to quality improvement. </p><p>Your collaboration with the Quality Control Shift Manager and cross-functional teams is essential for driving enhancements in quality processes, addressing performance metrics, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across shifts. \\n\\nWhat You Will Be Doing: \\n● Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. </p><p>You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake.
