Our recipes and menus are the core of everything we do here at Hello Fresh.
We're looking for someone to plan delicious and cost-efficient menus to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our weekly offering.

Reporting to our Menu Strategy Manager, you will help bring our recipes to life in the kitchens of our home cooks!
This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end process of our product execution framework by ensuring that our menus are planned and finalised according to the Product and Culinary strategy.
- Selecting the company’s best possible core product (recipes) to send out to our customers each week whilst adhering to business needs, product and operational constraints.
- Taking on all customer feedback analysis.
This includes the translation of insights from deep diving the menu and recipe performance, to making recommendations in order to better future menus.
- Proposing menu improvement business cases, assessing the expected return on investment (ROI) that these initiatives would drive.
- Tracking the cost of the menu at all stages of planning, executing value engineering initiatives when required.
- Assess the cadence of the product execution framework and continuously inject agile ways of working where possible.
- Continuously support the Menu Strategy team, Product team and wider departments to improve/redevelop our core product, ensuring it is unique and delivers what our customers truly want.
- Collaborating with the Culinary & SCO teams to solve operational or supply challenges on upcoming menus.
Who You Are
- You have strong experience in product operations or similar experience
- You enjoy optimising long-term projects (i. e. the menu)
- You are highly analytical, data driven and have a high attention to detail
- You thrive in a high-pressure environment
- You have a proven track record of solving customer problems
- You have experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
