About The Team
This role of an operational excellence engineer is to drive operational efficiency and quality by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role drives change through people and processes to advance the business.
What You Will Be Doing
- Role modelling the company’s DNA and team FRESH Values, inspiring others to do the same. Drive a culture or continuous improvement
- Leading greenbelt projects to improve key operational KPIs.
- Providing training and support to employees on process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager
- Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required

- Evidence of leading and controlling cross functional change projects
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- LSS methodologies
- Preferrable, knowledge of food safety (HACCP etc)
