We are seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to join the UK team. As the Head of Performance Marketing for GreenChef in the UK, you will drive growth and success for our brands, GreenChef, with leadership that shapes data-driven strategies, fosters innovation, and empowers a high-performing team. What You’ll Do

  • Drive UK Performance – Fully own the UK Growth marketing P&L for GreenChef; acquisition, reactivation, and referrals.
  • Develop & Execute Growth Strategy – Lead the end-to-end growth strategy for GreenChef, developing data-driven strategies that balance brand-building and performance marketing for sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Lead & Scale a High-Performing Team – Manage performance marketing teams and local channels, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support, while nurturing a culture of humility and curiosity.
  • Champion Innovation & Growth – Identify and capitalize on emerging marketing channels, trends, and customer insights to drive incremental growth.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact – Collaborate with Brand, Marketing Analytics, Discounts, Growth Partnerships and Retail Media to create a holistic UK growth strategy that fuels growth across locally owned and centralised channels.
  • Discount strategy – Own the GreenChef UK discount strategy, providing strategic guidance on the discount pipeline to balance reducing discount spend with preserving value.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization – Advise on conversion rate optimization and ensure a strong testing roadmap, building relationships with local and global stakeholders.
  • Drive Local Intent – Align with central marketing teams to adapt global strategies to unlock local growth opportunities, prioritising acquisition, reactivation, and referrals while considering local consumers and business needs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record of success in a senior role, ideally in a D2C business within e-commerce or the food industry. Experience in subscription businesses is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive results.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering against financial targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Innovative mindset – passion for testing new channels, growth hacks, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Customer centricity – understand how to leverage customer insight as a springboard for marketing initiatives and growth.
  • Hands-on yet strategic – thrives in high-growth, high-accountability environments, with the ability to zoom in and out as needed.
  • Executive-level leadership skills – able to influence at the C-suite level and drive cross-functional collaboration, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen – excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
