About The Team: This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be, on time and in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers and customers taking on sole responsibly for the final mile/home delivery. The Operations Coordinator will be site-based and hands-on, these roles are responsible for the day-to-day delivery execution, live vehicle management, route readiness, real-time issue handling, and first-line driver engagement. They keep the wheels turning.
