As a Junior Partnership Manager you’ll play a key role in driving the next phase of growth for the Partnerships channel within the HelloFresh Group. You will support the expansion of our acquisition ecosystem by sourcing, developing, and managing high‑impact partnerships across the UK for both HelloFresh and Green Chef. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential partners, and managing end-to-end campaigns that maximise conversions and ROI. You will nurture and grow existing relationships while proactively securing new partners that drive scalable performance. You’ll collaborate closely with local and global Growth Partnerships teams, bringing an innovative, commercial mindset to optimising partnership performance and unlocking new verticals.

To succeed, you’ll bring hands‑on experience in partnerships or affiliate marketing, strong relationship‑building skills, and a passion for business development that fuels long‑term, sustainable growth.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new, high‑quality partnership opportunities across priority industries and verticals.
  • Lead outbound outreach for the Partnerships channel – prospecting, pitching, and securing new acquisition‑focused partnerships.
  • Support the Partnerships Manager in identifying and onboarding new business opportunities across a range of sectors.
  • Drive, nurture, and convert inbound partnership leads to fuel channel growth.
  • Lead specific Partnerships verticals, focusing on expanding existing relationships and bringing in new partners to deliver YoY growth.
  • Manage the housing and optimisation of partner offers on HelloPerkX Online to deliver partner value and grow platform reach.
  • Manage the B2B Retail Media sub‑channel (Daily Deals, Gift Cards), focusing on accelerated YoY growth.
  • Create accurate forecasts and track key account metrics to prepare and present regular performance analyses and strategic insights.
  • Share insights, learnings, and best practices with wider local and international markets to enhance global performance.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in partnerships, business development, or online marketing (ideally affiliate/growth), with hands‑on campaign or account management experience.
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills and an understanding of key growth metrics (CAC, ROI, CLTV) that drive partnership performance.
  • A natural relationship builder – strong people skills, confident communicator, and able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales‑driven with a proactive BD mindset, comfortable sourcing, pitching, and closing new partnership opportunities.
  • Analytical and data‑driven, able to evaluate performance, spot trends, and use insights to optimise and scale partner activity.
  • Highly organised, independent, and adaptable – able to manage multiple deals, priorities, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A problem solver who quickly identifies barriers and drives solutions that accelerate partner growth and channel performance.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive culture and works seamlessly across teams to achieve shared goals.
