What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 Inventory Controllers to ensure stock accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct daily rack and stock audits across Ambient, Chiller, Kitting, and Freezer areas.
  • Maintain accurate system records (Matflo) and reconcile discrepancies through investigations.
  • Oversee cleardown and return to quarantine processes, including NOK stations.
  • Drive compliance with food safety, health & safety, BRCGS, and supermarket standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of discrepancy sheets and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Replen and Warehouse teams to coordinate real‑time inventory movements.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience as Inventory Leader or similar role in a food manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software or systems.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and handling requirements.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
