This role sits at the intersection of marketing and business development, overseeing how we drive growth through Affiliates & Partnerships and how we help other brands to grow through Retail Media channels. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially astute and data obsessed, a strong negotiator and relationship builder and can apply strategy and creativity to identify opportunities that unlock scale.

- Execute channel strategies: Translate wider business strategy into a holistic Growth Partnership strategy, focusing on growth and efficiency, collaborating closely with relevant cross-functional senior stakeholders.
- Revenue Generation: You will lead our Retail Media revenue stream - managing everything from in-box sampling and flyers to online advertising. You’ll be responsible for hitting revenue targets by building great relationships with external brands.
- Lead & Scale a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of 5 people, sitting across three functions, offering strategic direction, mentorship and development support.
- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Brand, PR, Analytics, Discounts, and Global counterparts, working together on seasonal and ongoing campaigns.
- Oversee strategic partners: Lead strategic conversations and relationships with local partners and key agencies in the UK market; running analysis and audits across the channels to drive impactful growth and partner efficiency.
- Focus on operational efficiency: Utilise automation and AI tools to identify ways to make our processes more efficient, giving team more time to focus on value driving work.
What You’ll Bring
- You have significant experience in marketing or business development (likely 8+ years), but more importantly, you can show how you’ve approached new challenges and learned new skills quickly.
- You have experience managing a team and know how to get the best out of different personalities while keeping everyone aligned on a common goal.
- Equipped with a deep knowledge of the global partnership/affiliate landscape, common tracking technologies and platforms.
- Ability to unlock doors with CPG brands and advertisers to scale our Retail Media business.
- A strong analytical thinker who can understand how to measure the success of a campaign and use those insights to make unlock scale and influence teams.
- A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders.
