Shifts: 40 hour working week with a fixed shift pattern of Saturday 2am-9am, Sunday 12am-10am, Monday 12am-10am, Tuesday 2am-9am, Wednesday 2am-9am

About The Team:
This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be, on time and in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers and customers taking on sole responsibility for the final mile/home delivery. The Forklift Driver will be site-based and hands-on, these roles are responsible for the day-to-day delivery execution, live vehicle management, route readiness, real-time issue handling, and first-line driver engagement. They keep the wheels turning.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Proactively identify and escalate critical issues, while driving long-term improvements by prioritising sustainable, practical solutions
- Keep cost and service top of mind in every operational decision
- Unload inbound trailers as they arrive, ensuring boxes are correctly placed and sequenced for delivery
- Stay focused on the end goal ensuring a happy customer
- Be ready to jump in when needed; this is a role for someone who leads from the floor, not the sidelines
Who You Are:
- It is essential you are Fork Lift Truck trained with counterbalance experience
- Extensive experience in logistics, transport, or home delivery operations
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- A clear communicator who builds good relationships and follows up on actions
- A positive, solutions-first attitude with a hands-on approach
