This role is responsible for assisting in the creation of meal kits for our customers. It is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our meal kits, whilst ensuring that the Health & Safety and Food Safety standards are met. This role will be reporting into our inventory team and will be titled as "Stock Movement Controller".

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory and supplies necessary for our meal kit production.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish ingredients and action FCMS and packaging replenishment tasks, and maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
  • Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained.
  • Cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
  • Ensure your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake.
  • Report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
  • Undertake basic problem solving activities and escalate to the Stock Movement Supervisor where necessary.
  • Replenish ingredients/packaging materials, to pallets or trolleys using scanners - FCMS and other items as needed to support production.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate stock levels and coordinate order placement with the Inventory team.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Handle a full range of Hello Fresh products, including alcohol, pork, beef and other animal products.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with Inventory/Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in using MRP/scanners/warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (relevant certification is a plus).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Shift Pattern:

  • Option 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 19:00pm-07:00am
  • Option 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday - 19:00pm-07:00am

Location: The Windmill 1 Holme Lane, Spondon, Derby, DE21 7HW

Work Schedule: 42 hours per week on a shift cycle
