We are looking for a dedicated Carrier Performance Manager to lead our third-party logistics (3PL) partner relationships, directly elevating performance and customer satisfaction. What You Will Be Doing:Performance & Cost ManagementOwn 3PL relationships, driving performance, customer experience and cost efficiency.Analyse carrier KPIs, using data and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau and AI to identify improvements.Manage delivery risks and crises to minimise disruption.Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and cost-saving initiatives.Partner with Finance to manage budgets, rebates and claims.InnovationDevelop data-led solutions to reduce delivery errors and improve customer experience.Evaluate and onboard new delivery partners based on performance, service and cost.Develop courier reporting through AI, BI and automation.Support logistics projects and long-term strategy planning.Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets. Demonstrated experience of using multiple sources of data on a daily basis to gather insights.
