We're looking for a Content Strategist to join our UK Marketing team, working across HelloFresh and Green Chef. Someone who is a Meta-native thinker and can turn insights into creatives that drive purchase, while harnessing the power of a strong brand. We are looking for a leader, able to build a rigorous testing engine and can lead end-to-end delivery across internal teams and external partners. The best will champion speed: testing, learning and compounding wins over time. Our next phase of growth is built on Meta; if you want to go deep and build a best-in-class creative function from the ground up at a category-defining brand, this is for you.

What you'll do

  • Own Meta Creative Experimentation - Build and own the creative testing roadmap on Meta: the hypotheses, the creative angles, the priorities - and systematically scale what works across HelloFresh and Green Chef.
  • Turn Data into Creative Direction - Analyse performance metrics (hit rate, hook rate, CPMs, CTR, conversions and CAC) to extract clear creative priorities each sprint and determine where to invest and where to iterate.
  • Obsess Over the Customer - Mine reviews, interviews and external sources (like Reddit) to build deep audience understanding; define problems, personas and angles that sharpen the strategic brief.
  • Influencer Marketing - Talent sourcing, briefing and execution; ensuring content is designed to drive performance for both organic and paid audiences.
  • Build & Manage Creative Production - Manage and grow our freelance community (and potentially in-house) of designers, videographers and agency partners; set a high bar for every deliverable.
  • Run the End-to-End Testing Cycle - Own the operational machine: brief produce analyse document. Close the loop on every experiment and build a system where learnings compound and the team levels up over time.
  • Lead with AI and Creative Tech - Use AI to ideate and iterate in hours, not days; build scalable creative workflows and operate fluently across creative tools.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Impact - Partner with Growth, Brand, Analytics and Discounts teams to align creative strategy with broader UK priorities and goals.

What you'll bring

  • Proven D2C background with deep Meta expertise - understand Meta account structures, campaign architecture and testing best practices, from a senior role in e-commerce, food or subscription businesses.
  • Champion excellent execution - Bring a strong eye for copy and design, and be a champion of our tone of voice - challenging executions and briefs where needed to ensure consistency.
  • Creative and messaging craft - distills complex insight into a single, clear idea; writes and evaluates briefs and concepts with precision and a strong instinct for what drives conversion.
  • Performance data fluency - confident translating hook rate, CPMs, CTR, CAC and conversion metrics into clear creative decisions.
  • Creative production experience - has managed freelancers, videographers and agency rosters to a high standard, with clear briefing, quality control and delivery discipline.
  • AI-fluent operator - harnesses AI tools to accelerate ideation and production; proficient across nano-banana, MagicBrief, Superads, Celtra, Smartly, Figma, Canva and Adobe.
  • Systems thinker - builds rigour and process around experimentation; thinks in disciplines, not single campaigns, and creates structure that compounds results over time.
  • Strong commercial acumen - comfortable working against acquisition targets and contributing to P&L conversations with evidence-based recommendations.
