The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.

This role is responsible for implementing and overseeing training programs for our production and warehouse environment. Responsible for developing a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, particularly the onboarding and training of new colleagues. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create training materials, conduct training sessions, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Managing a team of Training Ambassadors on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Engaging and developing the team to achieve optimum performance and meet their full potential through performance management.
  • Collaborate with department managers and supervisors to identify training needs and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees, utilising a variety of training methods.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance, evaluations, and training completion reports.
  • Monitor and review the sign off process of the safe system of work documents.
  • Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.
  • Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required.
  • Championing key Company strategies; initiatives – eg: Colleague Happiness Surveys; Diverse & Inclusive working; Colleague Wellbeing.

Who You Are

  • Have an excellent attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Google Suites/Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience in leading a team.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and have the ability to adapt to change quickly.

Shifts

Two shifts available - Sunday to Wednesday 6:30am - 6.30pm OR Wednesday to Saturday 6:30am - 6:30pm.
