HelloVet is a brand new practice in North London offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader of Veterinary Nurses to join the founding clinical team of a new veterinary group that aims to do things differently.

You will enjoy a varied role providing high-quality patient and owner-focused care in a bespoke, spacious, and beautifully designed clinic. You will play a key part in creating a new type of veterinary practice, where technology and design are utilised to facilitate practice efficiency, effectiveness, and ease of access for clients and patients.

Your responsibilities will include leading (by example) a team to deliver exceptional clinical nursing care and client care in conjunction with our dynamic and experienced team. In this unique role, your skills and knowledge will be fully utilised through a combination of leadership, clinical nursing (including Schedule 3), and nurse consultations.

We offer a high RVN to Vet ratio to ensure clinical nursing is optimised. We are using cutting-edge technology to offer pets and their people something different, such as RVN-led WhatsApp advice/Triage, which has been well received by clients, ensuring they are supported and given relevant information when needed.

We are patient-focused and have achieved Silver Cat Friendly and Dog Friendly status already, and are in the process of PSS GP status. We’re proud of our amazing team and the outstanding care we have delivered. For us, it’s not just about taking care of the animals; it’s also about taking care of each other and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

We believe in fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow and flourish. This is achieved by looking out for one another and celebrating each other’s successes.
