HelloVet is a brand new, beautiful practice in Enfield. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader of Veterinary Nurses to join the founding clinical team of a new veterinary group that is trying to do things differently.

You will enjoy a varied role providing high-quality patient and owner-focused care in a bespoke, spacious, and beautifully designed clinic. You will play a key part in creating a new type of veterinary practice, where technology and design are utilised to facilitate practice efficiency, effectiveness, and ease of access for clients and patients.

You will be responsible for leading (by example) a team to deliver exceptional clinical nursing care and client care in conjunction with our dynamic and experienced team. In this unique role, your skills and knowledge will be utilised fully through a combination of leadership, clinical nursing (including Schedule 3), and nurse consultations.

We offer a high RVN to Vet ratio to ensure clinical nursing is optimised. We are using cutting-edge technology to offer pets and their people something different, for instance, RVN-led WhatsApp advice/Triage. This has been well received by clients and ensures they are supported and given the relevant information when they need it.

We are very patient-focused and have achieved Silver Cat Friendly and Dog Friendly status already, and hopefully about to gain PSS GP status. We’re proud of our amazing team and the outstanding care we have already delivered.

For us, it’s not just about taking care of the animals; it’s also about taking care of each other and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe in fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow and flourish, achieved by looking out for one another and celebrating each other's successes.

We are offering very comprehensive salaries and packages, including:

  • Very comprehensive salary (per annum) £42,000 - £44,000
  • Unlimited CPD budget
  • Equity within the business
  • Free lunch provided
  • Opportunities for personal growth in the future
